My heart broke for both of the main female characters. They were both dealing with so much alone and to see them come together and save themselves and each other was amazing. It really did well at explaining a sister bond as well as how tragedy can be felt differently by everyone involved.

I enjoyed this book. the writing really pulled me in. The characters are unforgettable. The ending was just what I needed. I hope this author other books are just as good.
