I agree that all twelve ways described are helpful, but this book really had nothing "new" that I have not already read elsewhere. If you are looking for a good summary of what to do I recommend this.

I love Brian Tracy, but this book is a simple repeat (almost word for word) with his other books. Just an attempt for his daughter to write something "on her own". Was not really worth the time.

Actively harmful information that is very often blatantly wrong.

Really good exploration of how to approach life. Definitely ground that has been covered in other books but I think Brian Tracy was really one of the first to look at self-help this way. Bonus points: got to hear him speak about a week after finishing the book. Definitely someone to see in person. You get a small glimpse listening to the audiobook but he is truly magnetic in person.

Questions you need to ask yourself: Is it a fact (unchangeable) or a problem (with a solution) - it's no good to be upset about a fact (this includes history, it just can't be changed).

How does it serve you to hold on to this issue?
Four Questions to take control of any situation:
What has happened ? (Focus on clarity and understanding)
How did it happen?
What can be done? (Puts you in charge of your emotions and the situation)
What action can we take now?

Worry Buster
What are you worried about
Define the worst possible outcome of the situation
Resolve to accept that the worst may happen.

What made Eat That Frog! so compelling was the author said he had tried the methods himself and promoted what he thought was useful. And the book really does help!

Kiss That Frog! has a strong start, but a lot of repetition. It doesn't pack the same punch, isn't exactly original, but there are some good ideas in place.
