For someone so anti-violence, I really shocked myself reading Rope the Moon because I honestly wanted a wolf to tear a character to shreds. What a rollercoaster.

Rope the Moon was a love story from the off. It’s always refreshing when two characters know that they are meant to be, and there’s no awkward “will they? won’t they?” situation. You just get to bask in the romance!

I didn’t fall as head over heels into the story as I did with Tame the Heart. I think that there were elements of Davis that we didn’t get to go into enough depth about that left me still slightly wondering about him, and I also felt like the timeline moved quite quickly when I would have liked to have lingered on some moments for a bit longer. The end also felt quite rushed. Overall, however, I continue to be enthralled by Runaway Ranch, Resurrection, and its residents.

I can’t figure out who I want to know more about now: Wyatt or Ford. In the one hand, I need Wyatt and Fallon to have their happy ever after *STAT* because they deserve it but, on the other hand, I need to know more about why Ford is so anti-love and want to see who can get him to change his mind. Either way, I can’t wait to see what happens to the Montgomery’s next! Here’s to a more relaxing couple of years for them…

Davis just raised the standard for fictional cowboys. I can’t say anything bad about this book. It had me crying, laughing, and swooning. Somehow it’s better than the first book!

For a little while in the beginning I thought I wasn't going to like it as much because I hate it when the characters can't get out of their own way, but it got so good, that twist! Oh my God it shocked the hell out of me. I loved the brothers dynamic and I love how protective they are of the girls. Honestly it was just such a great read, I never got bored.

“I mean it. Anytime you ask, I’ll be there. Five seconds, five minutes, five lifetimes. I will always come for you. No matter what.”

How in the world are you not suppose to fall in love with Davis “Hotshot” Montgomery? The broody, hot Marine Veteran!

Dakota wanted more than small town Montana can give her, but when life goes terribly wrong, going back home is her only option. She runs right back into the arms of Davis Montgomery, the sexy cowboy she had a summer fling with 6 years ago! Can he save her from the last 2 years of her life?

This book teaches us that no matter how bad life gets, we are stronger! Keep running and fighting!

Dakota & Davis has the most swoony (is that even a word) small town, cowboy romance. It felt like I was living in Resurrection with them & I never want to leave!

Thank you Valentine PR & Ava Hunter for the eARC of Rope The Moon!
