I received an advanced copy from the publisher via Netgalley.

I would give Claim Me a solid 4 stars.

It was only able to gain the 4 star rating though the last about 40% of the novel. This story is the continuation of Release Me, a book which I loved. I thought that this story started out really slow, there was almost nothing going on until about half way though, there was however a lot of good sex scenes during this time, which is part of why I kept reading. One thing I was happy about was that there was not a lot of backstory from the first part, one thing I don't like is when story goes back to the first part, and this did not!

I am still in love with the characters and I love that they both appear real with some serious emotional problems that have me feeling for both Damien and Nikki.

I am excited for the next continuation of the story, can't wait to see what happens next!

A book has to be a special kind of bleh-meh when you get to the cliffhanger ending of the second book in a trilogy and your closing thought is, "Yeah, I'm not finishing this series."

I completely nothing this book.

Maybe 2.5-3.0 ish. It was good until Nikki and Damien used sex to continuously avoid all their problems and this made me skim the smut. Also, Damien was continuously hiding things from her and lying passed the point of just a quick forgiveness, it got pretty annoying. Will read the next one to see how things end though.

Not as amazing as the first one... It kind of felt... i Don't know. Like a filler book. A book filled with a lot of stuff that's not important so the few things that are really important to the story, could be told.. took me 5 days to get though, when I normally finnish a story by max 1 1/2 days...

Full Review posted on Book Lovin' Mamas

"Claim Me" is the second installment to J. Kenner's Stark Trilogy and it answered a few questions that I had from the first book. The second book picks up from where the first book left off at, so if you have not read the first book, I recommend it.

This book has a lot of angst, friendship blow ups, and lots, lots of HOT sexual scenes between Nikki and Damien. The purple scarf on the cover of the book plays a very significant role in the book. =)

I give this book 4.5 full moons and highly recommend it to contemporary romance and erotica readers out there. This book is intended for 18+ mature audience though to warn you.
There is anal play, mild BDSM, and a lot of sexual escapades in this book that will have you taking a cold shower afterward.

I received a complimentary copy of the book from the publisher via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

OMFG!!!! I am so in love with Damien and Nikki. This is a roller coaster series and I cannot wait to see what is going ot happen in Germany. I am so glad that Damien is finally opening up to Nikki and that she is starting to become a strong woman that she know she can be. Her mother and the social circle are sad and they need to mind their own business. I was a bit teary eyed when he said that he couldn't be with her anymore near the end of the book I almost threw my iPad because I didn't want it to end that way. But Nikki is going to stand by her man and I cannot be any happier. There are great sex scene in this book as well as the fact that they are always hot for each other. I want to see Jamie and Oliie happy also and the fact that Ollie does feel as though he is being replaced is sad but he has to be there for Nikki and understand that she is in love with Damien. I am glad that Carl came to his senses and decided to back out of whatever was going down. But to find out that Damien was there when his coach "committed sucicde" was heartbreaking but I understand that he thinks that the guy deserved it and his father UGH don't get me started. I am liking that we are getting to see more oe Evelyn too she is a hoot. All in all I cannot wait for the next one!!!
