You got me there Mr. King. I haven't expected the last and shortest story of "Different Seasons", to have such an ending. It's really different than the other 3.
I really enjoyed the feeling of this story. It gave me some kind of coziness. A library with a huge chimney, a cold and snowy city...awesome. It leaves me with the longing to visit the club again. To hear more stories.

Oddly placed as the very last story in Different Seasons but understandably so as A Winter's Tale. It's quaint and bizarre.
Found this on Netflix. This was a really great short story.

This is fine nothing too special and kinda a let down tbh after a really phenomenal novella before it. As a woman who’s had 2 babies sans pain medication there’s definitely truth in the labor aspects and what a determined woman can do. Unfortunately this story was Told with the wrong narrator at the helm. The wrong perspective overall
