I liked this. I was already a fan of X-23, though, so it wasn't a hard sell.

I loved her origin story and I think this is probably Laura/X-23's second best story, although I still haven't read a bunch in between.

Action is smooth. The opening sequences in Paris are really well done. The bond between the sisters are crafted good. A good, safe start to a series

Super quick, fun read written by one of my current favorite comic writers. I think I'm gonna blaze through this completed run. Yay!

A great start. Taylor writes some of the best contemporary superhero comics, and this was one of his breakout books. The art is also solid. David Lopez is a new favorite.

I've always been intrigued by X-23 so this was a fun volume to to me. I know most people hate when someone new takes over for a widely loved hero, but it felt natural for Laura to take things over and I think she did a great job.

The story/writing wasn't anything original but it still managed to be heartfelt and fun. The art was enjoyable but it's definitely not my personal kind of style. Gurihiru's art from Gwenpool has spoiled me and I'll forever look down on anything that isn't theirs lol. The team-ups were cool, as they usually are with Marvel. And surprise surprise but there's more clones.

It definitely wasn't the most creative, but it was a nice start for X-23 so I'll still be continuing on with this run!

Pretty fun. I found I liked Laura more here than in X-Men. Would read more.
