Robin Stevens' books are like Agatha Christie for younger readers and let me tell you, I eat it up. I don't think the pace of this new series was perfectly set -- i.e., I found it oddly slow for the amount of action happening in the plot -- but it was nevertheless joyous to spend a few evenings in the company of May, Eric, and Nuala. Fun fun.
Graphic: Violence, Xenophobia, War, Mental illness, Injury/Injury detail, Grief, Death, and Murder
Moderate: Genocide, Antisemitism, Child death, and Death of parent
