my first ali hazelwood. as a infrequent reader of romance i was thoroughly entertained by these freaks (complimentary).

This was redeemed in the 2nd half the first 30-40% was hardddd to get through but once it started to pick up pace it was hard to put down. I was honestly confused for first chunk, it was written weird imo.

Pen really really annoyed me…. I still don’t truly know how I feel about her. Also I didn’t love how luk and Scarlett had like a weird miscommunication thing going on. It was bothering me that they couldn’t just determine how to talk to each other. It got figured out as the story went on but the hiding feelings was annoying a bit. It ended on a good note and I’m so happy we saw a small part of Luks family. Would’ve loved to meet his dad a little more.
