I enjoyed this book. It has just the right amount of mystery for me, mixed with a love story though twisted!! I liked the main character even with all of her flaws.

What a great and splendid book. Molly Marx finds herself dead through both the time she was living and now in Duration, Molly leads us through her life, what led to her death, and how everyone is doing, now that she is gone.
Captivating, witty, sad, and humorous. Molly is a woman that I could relate to and feel for, in her time after her time.
From word to word, you are pulled into her story, and her life before and after her death.

This book was hard to rate; I enjoyed the prose, I was invested in the story and intrigued by the characters. I enjoyed the ending very much. However, I was slightly bothered that the truth of Molly’s death was never found out. I also hated Barry, but I didn’t really like Molly as much as I might expect, and, while I was rooting for her and Luke, I was annoyed that she was acting just as bad as her husband. I am extremely put off by the lifestyle depicted in the story. It was an interesting read, I have a like/hate relationship with this book.

I loved the concept of a story told from the perspective of a recently deceased character. There were some laugh out loud funny moments in this story, but overall it was more a heartwarming tale of a woman finally maturing (albeit too late to matter in life). I felt like it dragged near the middle, and the very end was so rushed I nearly missed the resolution of the "mystery." The characters were multidimensional, but none were particularly likable. The good definitely outweighed the bad though.

I would give this 3 1/2 stars. I was annoyed with the fact that Molly never thought her affair was equal to Barry's many affairs. She mostly acted like he was worse. So, just because she was in love with Luke, her affair didn't count as much? That bugged me a little. I was also very disappointed with the ending. Not that we didn't get a pretty good idea of what happened to Molly. I was just hoping that someone would break and they would figure it out. Overall, it was a good story. It was funny and sad, very well-written.

Really enjoyed this book! Molly is dead, but how did she die? Murder, suicide, random act of violence? As we explore this question with Molly, we measure her life with her. I would highly recommend.

Far more wordy than it needs to be, and at times a chore to get through.
