The poignant and steamy tale of Piper and Adam Stone swept me away. I felt every ounce of Piper's guardedness, shaped by her past traumas and Adam's unwavering love and multifaceted life as a surfer, soldier, and pilot. Their unexpected romance unfolded beautifully in a small town, revealing a deep love, healing, and resilience story. Tia Louise masterfully crafted their emotional journey, touching my heart with the profound message that love has the power to heal and transform. This book resonated with me deeply, illustrating the strength and courage it takes to overcome life's obstacles and embrace the love we deserve. This story is truly a testament to the enduring power of love.

Gah! Where do I start? This book was the most intense of the series so far, but also the best in my opinion.

Piper is the definition of a strong but vulnerable FMC, and I felt every fear/insecurity/anxiety right alongside her. Her past was still affecting her so much, and was keeping her from the HEA she and her son deserved with Adam, which was as frustrating as it was completely understandable. I won't give too much away, I'm just very glad her big reveal went better than I thought it would with Adam, although I was still pretty mad at his reaction at first...

Adam and Piper together were perfection. The chemistry was off the charts, the steam was STEAMING. This was also probably the steamiest of the three, I think. Which is saying a lot, because Tia likes them steamy.

A little luck is the third book in the be still series. It can be read as a standalone as it is part of an interconnected series.
This book was really good. I could not put it down, it really kept me engaged and immersed in the story! This book definitely takes you on an emotional rollercoaster! Adam and Piper have the most amazing chemistry! I love how Adam is with Piper’s son it’s like he is his own. The added suspense was great! I love when a romance book throws in some suspense!
If you love small town, single mom, second chance, and forced proximity then this book is for you!!
