A short, light bit of fluff to end the year with. I'm a little intrigued about who "A" is, and how they know the girls' secrets as soon as they happen... But not intrigued enough to read the whole series. I started watching the TV series when I started reading the book but only got to episode 4. Not sure if I'll watch any more.
I'm sure lots of teenage girls love this book. I probably would have loved it too if I read it as a teen. As a 40-something mother I still didn't mind it. All the brand-name-dropping tho - that was a bit tiresome.

A story about the most shallow and annoying people that you can find. I didn't expect much when I picked this book up but I didn't think that it would be this bad.
As always the PLL book series is my go-to comfort. It's familiar and cozy.
I thought I would finally read the book that started the hyped tv series I have never seen. it's not as bad as I thought it would be. it is decently written even if all the main characters are vapid and boring.
