I liked this for an ending for them. It was softer than anything else in this series by far, but I feel like they've earned the softer.

This was a 28 page story and it gave me all the feels.
I laughed, shed a tear, kicked my feet up in giggling.
This story was truly needed because after the end of “Kings Rising”, I really wanted to see Laurent and Damen just being together. No action or war or politics. Just them being at peace and in each other’s arms. This story gave me that. Honestly, I don’t mind getting more because I’m so attached to these characters.

This was such a beautiful story. Absolutely read it after finishing the trilogy. It’s a must.

The Regent is defeated, Kastor is dead, Damen has been crowned as the King and it's Laurent's coronation in a few days. Everything is well and so Damen and Laurent decides to spend some time together like common people, common lovers.
