Fantastic! Amazing! So helpful and eye-opening. I think I'm going to gift this to every expectant mother I know for her family and her to read. Because mothers should read this, but also fathers, mothers-in-law, and mothers of mothers! Best friends should read this! I won't take you long and it could save a life or save that life from suffering.

I was gifted this book by a dear friend for my first Mother’s Day. I cried so many times while reading the comics because I finally felt understood. I felt like I wasn’t alone and that my thoughts I was having towards the people I cared most about were real. This book gave me a sense of validation and helped give me the push I needed to get back into therapy. I’ve sent this book to multiple friends that have had babies this year and each one has loved it. This is a must read for every new parent out there. It saved my life.

This book looks at range of thoughts experienced by new mums that really help to normalise what a difficult time it can be. I saw some reviews which said that this book was too simplistic or didn't offer anything new. But I disagree. One, it's nice that it is simplified in comic form because I'm way too tired to work my way through a complex psychological text. Two, it did offer something new for me. I think most mum's worry they have bad thoughts that there is something wrong with them and this book is here to tell you that it's ok.

This book should be handed out to all new moms at the hospital even if you’re not prone to PPD/PPA/etc. This book makes you feel seen in your parenting struggles and can assist you in deciding if you need further help if you’re struggling too much. I love that it has illustrations on each page too because the book is readable in under 2 hours - after all what new mom has time to read a book longer than that??

I might have gotten more out of this had I read it earlier in my postpartum journey. I do think the comics are super relatable and put into words things I had thought so many times, though

As someone who struggled with anxiety pre-pregnancy, I was gifted this by my therapist before my little one was due. I'm so grateful!! I am definitely struggling but I feel equipped to describe that, ask for help when I need it, and know I'm not alone. Will definitely buy this for my new mom friends/family going forward!!
