WOW. I have been in a reading slump for a while and this book drop-kicked me right out of it. What a layered story, what an awesome protagonist, what a fun (if dark) plot. Great stuff all the way around.

LOVED so hard. I was not expecting this book to be so addictive, beautiful, heartbreaking, and suspenseful. Where is Tess Sharpe? I feel like she owes me another book or five. She does her thing and does it well. I went through all the stages of grief, all the emotions. Chefs kiss.

4.5 Stars: This book was so intense! There are some graphic scenes so that can jar you out of the action. I would definitely love to see this adapted. The bi representation on top of it and how neither partner made her feel bad for how she loved them each in their own way and for different reasons. It made me so happy that love was the core once she had them. 

Families can be defined in different ways and this book shows you how people can cope and survive was perfect.
