Caleb Thorne, you green flag cinnamon roll 😍 This was a cute story. It dragged a bit in the middle and the ending felt rushed but it was heartwarming and endearing.

I loved The Wildflower so when I found out we were getting another look into the small town I was excited. Caleb was always intriguing to me but this one ended up being a bit savior complex mixed with insta-love. It was good as I loved how strong Halle is and her brothers are pretty special but I didn’t love it as much as the originals. The ending also felt rushed and I think I wanted a bit more resolution on the mother storyline for both Caleb and Halle.
