I wavered between 3 and 4 stars. Emile and Christian were cute together and very supportive of each other. And their families were the worst! And I always love a good fake relationship trope but I just felt like this was missing.... Something. But the boys that lived with Christian were a breath of fresh air. Such an eclectic mix of people but you could feel the love between them and because of them, I leaned towards 4 stars.

Okay, I knew this would good because it’s written by one of my new favourite authors ever — the incredible @saxonjameswrites — but I cannot express how much better it was than I ever expected!

Christian is SUCH a hot mess and I adore him! But it Émile is just so sweet! I love how he’s immediately protective over Christian and wants to help him. He’s funny and has a great sense of humour and a heart of gold. Watching them pretend it’s pretend was perfect!

Reasons I Recommend:

1) It’s written by Saxon James but really, I already love all of the characters introduced in Big Bertha (and dying of curiosity over why Madden is always naked
