I don't know why I left this one until the end, but I loved it. Christian is the one I read the least of in all the other books of this series, so I didn't know what to expect from him, but wow, he's become one of my favorites. The couples in all the other books of this series are all incredible and perfect; I already had my favorites, and Christian and Émile have become just another one.

Something I love about this series of books is the sense of friendship and found family. These seven friends and Aggy, who by luck and destiny found each other, these people who will do anything for each other and love each other without questions or judgment. I admire that.

"I like that we're chaotic and messy and don't always know our next move. I like that we're making things up as we go along, and that i might have fallen for you by accident, but now i want the chance to keep falling for you on purpose."

Christian and Emile are precious, just like this book. So adorable!

The plot is actually decent, in a hallmark kind of way.

What I cannot get over is the ridiculously immature way these grown men talk. Normalizing men being comfortable with emotion doesn’t mean they should talk like high school girls.
