What a lovely surprise this book was. It took me a bit to get into it, and I put it down a couple of times to read something else, but I’m so glad I picked it back up, because… wow. I did not see that coming. It’s not often I’m truly surprised by a twist in a book, but this one had my jaw dropping. Well written, interesting characters, and such a cool plot. Really great read.
