The plot is likely a relatable storybto many women. Yinka is surrounded by friends and family who's lives are seemingly together and she is being pressured to start a family. While the story is relatable, I hated how Yinka was treated and that her reaction to the treatment is seen as the problem instead of her crazy relatives. At one point I hated everyone but Yinka and later, I hated her too. The author does a good job bringing it full circle and makes Yinka likeable again.
