this was a good, creepy little novel. it left me with the same feeling as reading a gothic short story -- unsettling and open ended. it's a good book to read on the go because the chapters are really short, and you learn a little more about Korede and Ayoola with each bite-sized piece. a very well crafted story -- I can't wait to see what Braithwaite writes next!

4.5 - very interesting, satirical, dark humor take on a serial killer, and more lit fic than a traditional thriller which works, the writing/tone and characterizations really makes you question the flawed and disturbing characters
