There's not much I can say about Anne Frank's diary that hasn't already been said. I have read snippets of her diary over the years, but took the time to read it all the way through now. It was a sad read through and through, and even sadder to read knowing the outcome of all the people living in the Annex when the diary cuts off.

Nunca imaginé que iba a gustarme tanto. Es muy triste. Me partia el corazón leer sobre la esperanza que tenía Anna de liberarse y cuando llegué al "Aqui termina el diario de Anna" sentí una especie de angustia y vacío inmenso.
Conocia algo de la historia antes, lo básico. Pero nunca habia averiguado sobre ella. Y, ahora, mientras leía mas o menos la mitad decidí buscar. Todo es increíble.
No voy a dudar en decir q al principio me pareció irreal, pura ficción. No podía creer que un documento de esta indole sea veridico. Pero si lo es. Anna te lo va demostrando.
No existe momento en que no desease q Anna se salvara. :(

Me fascinó.
