This book was a fantastic retelling of the Trojan War from the perspective of Klytemnestra and Helen.

The author did a great job of making time appropriate decisions for her female characters stuck in a patriarchal Greece.

Each chapter had me wanting to devour the next.

The ending seemed a bit abrupt and I would have loved for it to continue on to Elektras revenge but maybe that will be her second book?

Definitely recommend, especially if you've read books by Madeline Miller.
