One of the most pleasant P&P retelling I have read to date (& I've read A LOT).
One of the best P&P variants I've read. It's not outlandish in its variance from the classic, but fresh enough to pique my interest and hold it for the entire novel. Don't get me wrong, the crazy fan-fiction can be fun too, but this wasn't as trashy, and the writing felt like it had been written by somebody who had actually read the book, as opposed to watching a movie version.
