I felt like so much of this book was written directly to me. I didn’t realize how much I needed to hear some of the things that were in here. I want to take some of the quotes and plaster them all over my walls so I can’t forget how they made me feel. Truly a book I should’ve read much earlier in life, but definitely so enchantingly perfect for where I am now. Thank you for reminding me of who I am meant to be.

The audiobook is read by the author and Glennon has a soothing voice. I think the book is cute and inspirational, but I lose interest in self help books.

This book was healing. I didn’t particularly love it as it felt disjointed at times… jumping from topic to topic. However I can certainly appreciate the message and how it’s shaped feminist discourse over the past few years! 4/5 stars.

Love this essay collection. Some hit harder than others, but I love her writing style and how jarring some of her phrasing is: simple and substantial. This book took me over a year to read as I "broke" it off into chunks to fully absorb things. Will definitely reread an essay at a time and highlight
