Wow, what a privilege it is to be able to read texts like this. I’ve been meaning to read this since I took an enlightened consciousness class in college. A few years later, it was a mandatory reading for my YTT. Funny how life works.
It was such a beautiful experience to read this over the last 6 months, understand it more overtime as my yoga practice developed, and to talk about it with my classmates over tea. I will miss this training, and I will attach this book to my experience. It will forever hold a special place in my heart. It is a book I will continue to come back to as I evolve as a student and a teacher. Beautiful beautiful! I’m so grateful to be doing something I love and to be able to constantly be learning and sharing.
