This was my first book by this author and I really enjoyed it.  The chemistry between Monroe and Lincoln was amazing and who doesnโ€™t want the sort of all consuming love they have.  There was enough story to keep you interested and the spice was hot ๐Ÿ”ฅ!  Great read!

I donโ€™t mind dark romances, but there was no romance here. Lincoln needed to GROVEL and admit his mistakes,
not literally kidnap and rape her until she got Stockholm syndrome and promised sheโ€™d never leave him.
I found Monroe to be spineless and pathetic. I got frustrated and sped up the last 25% of the book just to get through it.

I really wasnโ€™t sure what I was going to make of this book. I love Hockey romance and I like some dark romance but didnโ€™t know how dark hockey would work.

I actually really enjoyed this book! Lincoln is insane but in a way I could deal with then it completely escalated by the end of Chapter 34 and when I tell you I was so shocked even though I should have seen it coming

I am still new to dark romance, so I wasnโ€™t quite sure what to expect with this book. I didnโ€™t expect to enjoy it as much as I did. I love a good hockey romance. I really do, but itโ€™s the dark element that I was unsure of. Towards the end of the book I was a little unsure, but I really enjoyed this. Lincoln was a lot but the way he loved Monroe was just so sweet. Even when his actions werenโ€™t. And I really wanted to hug Monroe. Everything she went through was just crazy. And Iโ€™m very glad Lincoln did step in, and love her the way she deserved.

This book!! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿซ ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ WOW! I was so addicted to this that there was no limit! Lincoln and the tattoo he got there..okay yes thank you ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ I loved how Lincoln and Monroe slowly opened up about their past to each other and really helped each others process it. A difficult past for both of them, but I'm so happy with how it ended ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ
