Hush, Hush

Second time reading this book and it's still one of my favorite book series from this author.

No sé, no me atrapó como otros libros y creo que no es mi genero...

Que mierda es el nombre patch

Did not enjoy. Spotty writing, incoherent at times, unrealistic dialogue and unsympathetic lead and supporting characters.

A lot of build up to nothing much. The prologue was confusing, but figured if I plowed through it would make sense later. Towards the end when concepts from the prologue reappeared, new confusion about the "who's" and "what's" baffled me more. In general, the whole concept of the fallen angel didn't work for me. And I still don't get why the title is, "Hush Hush".

This reminded me of Twilight, but it was so much better.

Good page turner! Although sometimes I wish I could slap Nora?!? And Vee as well - what kind if best/only friends don't talk about things!!

I loved the mystery and trying to figure out what was going on. Vee really pissed me off till I found out what was happening to her, but I still think she is a shitty best friend.

I pretty much pegged Elliot but missed the markbon who Jules really was. Patch easy and hard to decipher but I knew for sure Mrs. Greene was up to some shady shit.

I really liked this one, but I do not understand why it is so often compared to Twilight. These stories are nothing alike.

I put a hold on the next three books, but alas the library only had the 4th book ready. Hope the others make it soon.

Happy reading!
