I read it rather quickly, but ultimately it had some issues. My biggest issue is that the main character had no reason to be attracted to the hero except that he was secretive and broody. It reminded me a lot of Twilight, if you replaced Vampire with Fallen Angel. It was hooky and made me keep writing, but then I questioned myself, why.

Ok. I just want to say I hate Nora. And Patch. He stalked her and creeped her and she just swoons all over him. >.<*

I will say I remember this book being a lot better when I was 15/16. I don't remember Patch being a creepy douchebag. Like yeah there were some good parts about him protecting Nora and all, but sheeeesh half the things this guy said would have sent me STRAIGHT to the "are we dating the same guy" facebook group to post his read flags.

Nora.... GIRL?!?! You FELL for this?!? Essentially she says "He scares me.... but its incredibly alluring" BESTIE?? HE SCARES YOU?? I'm sorry but as someone who is incredibly nosy, I simply would have let some of this be and not dug into it.

I do like the concept for fallen angels falling for humans, and although this book massively reminds me of twilight I do like that they kept only angels and not any other supernatural things.

Also I will give props to whoever made this cover because its really freaking cool

thank u @aleema 4 bringing this back into my life lmao
