Hines and her pack

What I like most about this series is that the author finds a unique story line for how the packs meet. This book moves the storyline along quite a bit in regards to the give vs the zone. All of her alphas are likeable with distinct personalities

Protector in the night, watching over her

Hines made a huge risk helping free Sloane and her Alphas and uncover over the century of cover up by SynerGen. Now she is on the run.

What she doesn't know however, is that Sloane and Lily didn't want to leave her unprotected. Enter Taliesin. Watching her, making sure she is safe.

When a man she goes in a date with blows her cover, she is in a danger. The only safe place? Far away from the hive, the Quarantine zone.

Hines thinks she can outsmart Seraph and halt the process to become an omega. But when it stops working, they end up trapped by Farlanders and her change comes stronger than ever. They have no choice but sate her hunger.

I love that the author, while pretty much recycling relatively the same story each time, manages to make it unique and suitable to each pack. You won't be bored if you decide to read this series. I can't wait to see what she has in store in the next book.

Is it possible to pick a favorite in a series you love so much? Probably not, and yet if I had to, this is my favorite.

I'm almost sad to start book 4 because that means the series will be over.

A little more serious. Hines story wasn’t as appealing as the first two but still good.

Saying the medicine she needed was hilarious. I wish we got an explanation on how packs are formed. How old the pack members are. There’s usually somebody always calling the younger one boy.

For Hines to have no survival or defensive skills, she doesn’t listen.

How’s they make a serum out of The Source?

Interesting to have the villain have a POV.

Still trying to figure out if Tal is black or just tan.

I really enjoyed this book. I like how each story in this world is different so things happen that I don’t expect. I can’t wait for the next one!
