First let me say that I’m glad I got to read more about the books namesake in this finale book. It just seem to me that the entire series was about Morgan or Alaina. This book really focused on how Ethic issues and how he dealt with them. It showed how he came out of the light. He wasn’t an after thought that was fixing somebody else problems. Now I’m really debating if I want to go on to Butterfly because all I really care about is if Messiah is really gone and if Bella and Henny find their way to each other. If Nier find himself a lady because he really deserves to be with someone special. I don’t really want to hear anything else about Morgan and her selfish ways.

Constantly reminded of Morgan's insecurities does not make me want to jump in to Butterfly. Why must Ethic be so loyal to the past that he has no future? Why is he holding an escrow account for YaYa and her son's college? Guess he believes the boy is his son.
I had the same question about Logan.
More interested in Bella and her Boo.

The Ethic Series was good I agree with others that by the end it kind of dragged in and was redundant. Y the end I was more into knowing more about what is going on with Morgan and Messiah I am assuming Butterfly will pick up with that

This was an amazing series about love, pain, friendship, deceit, and forgiveness. This is Ashley Antoinette's best solo work so far.

Let me start my saying I loved this series…. I never felt so bonded to characters, like I was in every moment with them, until the ethic series. What a journey!!! I am happy Ethic & Alani got their happy ending.

As for Ethic 6, it was the longest & my least favorite book in the series. After the midpoint, I was found myself skipping over areas because I just couldn’t read another sentence about the fights and make up sex…. The redundancy. I was so over the Ethic & Alani story.

Messiah broke me… Looking forward to seeing what becomes of Mo & Bella in the butterfly series.

I’ve been hooked since book 1! This was quite the emotional journey & I’m happy it’s over. I’m excited to get into the butterfly series next however I know it’s going to be just as emotionally taxing as this one.

Ethic is an amazing character! I love how he loves & protect his family. I like how he wasn’t afraid to admit his mistakes although he seemed hypocritical at times. The way he takes them under his wing BLOOD OR NOT warmed my heart! I love how he continued to fight for Alani because he knew what he wanted and wasn’t there to play games. I didn’t enjoy how quick he switched up when something was done to him yet expected to be forgiven for his transgressions but as always, Ethic definitely made up for it and learned from it.

I definitely recommend reading it and forming your own opinion as READING is SUBJECTIVE. This is just MY OPINION! Read it and form your own because this series definitely has some great topics for discussion.
