I wasn’t prepared for a  major plot point of Kat’s (tw) and I just couldn’t get past it. The book was well written and I was excited to see the result, but that was hard for me.

Overall a very interesting look on morality and justice. It changes perspectives and jumps throughout the timeline - but does so in a way that's easy to follow.

My biggest gripe with the book is that it gives "all men are trash" vibes. The female characters are deep and complicated, while the males are very flat and one sided. The arguably one "good" male character is barely in the book and plays such an insignificant role.

That being said, it isn't too hard to overlook it a bit because the girls are the main focus. It is a page turner that keeps you on edge.
