Fascinating...I listened to the audiobook and always hated when I had to turn it off to go into work! Really interesting.
Very intriguing and revealing read about fundamental LDS. It’s gives some good insight into a religion that is generally very secretive and exclusive.

My second Jon Krakauer book. I am enjoying reading these books that came out 20 years ago now, but still give me things to think about now. Specifically about how top down ruling structures encourage an “us vs them” mentality to control a populace.
I couldn't finish this book, not because it was boring or not written well, but because the subject matter was so grim and depressing.
I might try to read it again in the future but right now I couldn't handle it.
