Wow! A truly compelling horror tale that terrifies while also confronting social issues head-on in a thought-provoking manner. The artwork is both beautiful and haunting; I had no idea Aaron Campbell was capable of such brilliant work. Easily the best horror comic since Scott Snyder’s “Wytches.”

Horror at its best works in metaphor, and INFIDEL is horror at its best. Working at first as an unsettling haunted house story, it's also about how whites and BIPOC move through different worlds of experience.

While being frustratingly didactic and formulaic at times, the art style and heart mostly makes up for the admittedly stupid idea of a story based around millennials fighting racist ghosts. Really wished this would've gone into a more experimental and ambiguous direction.
