Well, actually 3.5/5.
There was something missing. I loved Persephone and Hades, but there was something that was quite missing so that's why I didn't give it 5 stars.
I think I expected more action than smut, not that I'm complaining. The smut was good. But I think more action between the upper and lower city would've been great.
I loved the connection between Hades and Persephone. I expected Hades to be more cold towards Persephone but it was the contrary, he's the most caring and sweet person that ever existed. Always being careful with Persephone and reassuring her that she can trust him and wjdjeje.
Persephone my girl is the best, I loved her. She's such a badass and mature woman. I want to marry her, literally.

I honestly don’t really know what to say
The plot was interesting at first but then it just gets lost in all the uh weird sexs they have and it felt so rushed and I was so bored and confused. Also when finally the plot or the action/fight was occurring it was so quick, dry and lame. Like it’s mainly just smut. I hated it Altho hades was very respectful I hated this retelling because they also didn’t have any of their powers.
The war and history with zues and the world-building was vague and we haven’t been introduced to any new characters
Bruh I talk like I’m 12 but I’m sorry I couldn’t enjoy it. If ur into really intense ya know then I recommend but if ur like me it’s a waste of time because you’ll be skipping many pages. I felt as though everything happened and was rushed to soon

I don’t waste time teasing him; I just yank the dress off and toss it to the side. Hades follows the movement of the fabric, disapproval radiating off of him. “Next time, you fold it, or I’m going to make you crawl across the floor in penance.”
