I read this book at the right time. It’s theme is dogs which is my favorite being. Some poems being about how much love our dogs give, losing them, fun times with them, adopting them etc. it was really beautiful. It has a way of showing you how grateful you should be for your dogs and just how much they do for us. They are wonderful and I’m happy Courtney peppernell decided to dedicate a book to these loving furry creatures.

4 stars for dog lovers! This book struck all the right chords in my thought and made me want to cuddle my pups extra hard. I wish there was more poetry in the world like this about the beauty of our relationships with dogs.

I enjoy poetry and I enjoy dogs so a collection of poetry about dogs seemed right up my alley. And this was so good! Cute, funny, inspirational, sad, emotional, uplifting, it had it all. Something for every dog lover!

I absolutely loved this book.

I laughed, I cried, and then hugged my dog.

I felt so connected to the poems in this book. I felt like someone put into words what I felt when my Pitt Bull died a few years ago and the love I have for my dog now.

If you ever had the pleasure to live with a dog this book will talk to your heart, stir memories and move to tears.
