This was such a cliche (not good cliche), boring book, and the characters weren't lovable to me. It was disappointing. I don't even understand how and why they fell in love. The writing wasn't great, either, and the military love took me out. The smut made me snort a couple of times.
It felt like I was reading a bad first draft, ngl.

 I may have my reservations about the Crown, but I had enormous respect for the military.
