Hard to read but very good. I'm glad I stuck out & read the whole trilogy.

A really well done ending to the series. I wasn't quite as sure about book 2 but book 3 ended it beautifully

I've been wanting to read Fate and Fury for so long. I've been having a hard time lately so I decided now was the time. Damn TBR's and ARC's I was finally going to make time. There was just one thing I was dreading.
I was worried I knew where Ngan would go with the story and I was right. And I was going to hate being right (I know first time for everything.)
Then I started to read it and fairly early on I knew I was right about the plot.
Perhaps most people would DNF it then and there. Even though I was screaming at the characters not to be so predictable, I was invested in the story and NEEDED to know how everything else ended.
Even though I thought I would hate the ending I had predicted Ngan did such a good job with: Plot, character development, pacing and writing style that not only could I not hate it, as a fellow writer I was kind of jealous.
This book was so worth the wait.
I may have guessed what happens with the two main characters but I could not have guessed how.
There was also a lot I didn't see coming and I think I may need to reread the whole series again soon.

That was such a satisfying ending. So many major characters died, I did not expect that.

I lived this whole trilogy!! Fell in love with alle the characters, got very emotional and it's rly one of the best things I've read this year! Found it bc R. F. Kuang recommended it in an interview and I am so glad I did.
