Sanna is strong, courageous, and humorous in a world she has little to be glad about. Being kidnapped and sold by aliens is not exactly awesome. Now add being blind to that. I cannot imagine how that had to feel. Then there is Breslin. The perfect combo of a helpful gentleman and sexy alien. He helps Senna adjust and learn to do things on her own while still being there for her if she asks for help. I loved him. And all guys who have a girlfriend or wife reading this watch out you definitely being replaced by a sweetheart of an alien.

Love it!
Again, super appreciate the addition of characters with physical disabilities in her books. The couple is so cute in the book and it's a great addition to the series

The dog is the VIP of this story. However the alien cowboy with his alien meat eating horse with fangs was also good. This was ridiculous but so entertaining.

I love everything about these two main characters - Breslin and Sanna - freaking cuties!
And there’s a dog, the very good girl Kota

I can't believe I'm saying this. I was so bored through a majority of this. While I really liked all 4 of them (2 pets included), there was no plot. It was essentially just her arriving to the conclusion that she wanted to stay with him rather than return to Earth. Very cute and strangely free of substance.
