4,5★ This book was so sweet and funny and sexy. Cameron was funny as hell and Tal'Jen was the cutest and sweetest character ever!
The only bad thing about it is that there aren't other books in this series. There are so many unanswered questions. I just want to learn more things about some characters.

Listen, I went into this almost blind because I didn’t read the full description but I’m not mad about where it ended up. It was certainly a wild and unusual ride for me but Tal and Cam are cute so I have no complaints😂

I want some believability, even in paranormal or sci-fi. Too many things were skipped over, and not making sense. My tipping point was when a male human was having stomach cramps and, without a physical or blood tests, the doctor diagnosed it as menstrual cramps. Then a joke was made that since the Male Human was cranky, it must be menstrual cramps. Hard pass on the misogyny.

Really enjoyed this but the time jump felt very abrupt. Hopefully the other books fill in the gaps somewhat seamlessly

That was pretty darn hot.
All I have to say is if you want some delicious claiming alien sex with ABO dynamics plus KNOTTING (and subsequently mpreg) then this book is for you! Totally absurd with fabulous UST to go along with plenty of exhibitionism and voyeurism to satisfy all, this was quite the sexy sci-fi indulgence.
As a warning for those who get twitchy about wanting a perfectly edited ebook, this was not it, and I’m hoping subsequent sequels get a few extra read throughs before publication. Despite this niggle, the bumpy flow did not ruin my overall enjoyment!
Go forth and give yourself a nice treat to sink your teeth into! You won’t regret it!

This was definitely very silly and very smutty.
I don’t think this was a necessarily bad attempt at the human-alien erotica genre, but I do think that that whole thing might just not be for me.
Honestly, the idea of having sex with a random alien who you cannot communicate with feels a little weird to me and seems extremely superficial. Even if this random alien turns out to be your “mate”, it’s still questionable at best.
I also had a lot of difficulties caring about these characters and even the story itself, and thus ended up skimming quite a bit.
I was simply very disinterested in it all and unfortunately just did not like it.

Hot and hilarious. The ending is unfortunately quite rushed but still an extremely fun romp.
