I was curious so I finally read it. Classic. Possible autobiography...drugs, alcohol, fast convertibles, weapons, the old Vegas strip, and gonzo journalism. Hip, insane, and hilarious.

This'll probably be my shortest review ever, but this book rocks. It nails the sort of erratic behavior you'd see from a junkie, and transcribes it into a readable format. Perfectly paced, perfectly hilarious. Highly recommend everyone read this unless you hate drugs.

Reading this felt like going on a week-long bender. I think the biggest take-away is that I have zero interest in drugs, because most of his descriptions of the come down from the high sound beyond miserable. A good story, semi-hard to follow due to it's drug-induced flow of narrative, but definitely a classic that everyone should read.
