I knew it! I knew you were going to do this to me, book! You evil sadistic piece of fiction. You've toyed with my emotions. And I've allowed you to do this. And you know what, I sort of liked it.

There is really very little that I can say about this book that wouldn't spoil it or the first book. Other than my undying love for Shaun as a character. But seriously the end? What the hell?! I sorta kinda predicted it what with Kelly. Then I thought we were going to veer in a different direction with Portland, then the last 10 minutes were a severe mindfuck from two different directions.

I just can't with this series right now. I need the last book, like yesterday.

I really enjoyed this book, possibly even more then Feed. Sure Feed made me cry but this book had me screaming, crying, freaking out, and needing to talk to people about what I was reading. I felt like that world was my world and I had a duty to warn the world what the CDC was doing. I cannot wait for the next book.

I really don't like Shawn as a POV character he's an abusive jerk. the world is really cool but the book barely explores it. Sadly the next book is really bad.

I'm not mad I read this; I won't read it again. Mira Grant drafts a zippy plot with funny, zesty characters that always seem one dimensional to me, but they can be fun to hang out with.
