I love this author and I'm always excited for anything she puts out. So I don't even need to know what a book is about if her name is on it. However, I wasn't super wowed by this one. Maybe it's because it was so short? It just didn't feel like a complete story to me. Easy enough to knock out in an afternoon, but too rushed and without the details that would have really drawn me in. I won't say I didn't enjoy it at all, but I just didn't feel like this concept was very compelling. I would have liked a little more length to lend to the atmosphere. Overall not terrible, but also not incredible.

A retelling of the classic Hitchcock movie Rear Window. Not bad, but St James is a better author than this.
