I would’ve liked to of read this book during officer basic course. Particularly with a high-resolution topo map the vignettes would’ve been more compelling and easier to understand. While the book has many drawings, they are not effective in communicating either the terrain nor unit dispositions; both of which are essential to understanding Rommel’s tactics.
