For some reason I can't explain I liked this better than I thought I would. And this book reminded me of the reason I love this author; her writing style. So pretty and meticulous and easy to read. I was just swimming through the book.
Great read! 5/5.

It was disappointing, not as good as I thought it would be. I was expecting more of Coriane's tale.

This was such a good short story. Full review over here : https://rickusbookshelf.wordpress.com/2016/04/15/queen-song-by-victoria-aveyard-red-queen-0-1/

This novella gets me in my soul every time. It's such a real representation of depression and manipulation.

This was incredibly depressing. I knew the general outline of the plot from the main series, but reading the details was rough.

Really good read, wish it were longer though. I can't wait for the second book to come out.

3 ⭑ poor coriane

Very excited for this series! So far it is really good!!

Basically, Queen Song is about a depressed, sad girl with a diary. She thought herself as nothing. It's like Juliette Ferrars all over again. And that's it. The end. Just kidding. Lol.

I think this novella is quite unnecessary. I don't particularly care about Corianne Jacos. I'm sorry. I admit I quite care about her diary but boy, I'm disappointed because it is just of full of angsty monologues and narratives. I anticipated that I will get secrets or anything but no. *sighs*

I like the ending anyway so 2 stars.

Quite whiny. Better to read this prequel after Red Queen so you actually understand what's going on.
Links in quite well to Red Queen though.
