A lot of the recipes sound unappetizing to me personally. Bread smothered in Velveeta cheese for breakfast just doesn’t sound good to me. I’m also following the diet guidelines from Heal Your Headache right now and cannot eat any citrus, onion, tomatoes, yogurt, or mushrooms. This book says they’re okay in small amounts so 90% of the recipes have these ingredients. HYH says to eliminate them completely for 4 months before reintroducing them one at a time and that’s where I’m at. I will say the introduction was pretty good. It gave a nice, simple overview of migraines/headaches and why certain foods contribute to them. I did get a couple recipe ideas like the Garlic Chicken.
