Not quite sure if this is an unpopular opinion, but I LOVE Ryke. I am a bit uneasy about the way he speaks to Daisy with the very prominent (and very illegal) age-gap, but I have been told to trust the process and that I CAN do.

I am still blindly head over heels for Rose. I want so much more of her. I’m sure we get that, so I’ll wait patiently, but she’s an icon and I am her biggest fan.

I don’t know how I survived a whole book of Lily and Lo being separated. I hated and loved it at the same time. I am more than ready for them to be together again, and I’m excited to see how their healing process is while they’re together. I don’t trust it’s going to go well, but I KNOW it’s going to be REAL. Thats more impactful than anything.

The therapy scenes in this book are quite powerful. I got that tense, belly ache that sometimes happens when you feel uncomfortable- like you’re interrupting something lol extremely private that wasn’t meant for you to see. That signifies the authors did something right. It was hard not to feel every inch of what Lily was feeling.

To end this review, I want to just make one simple comment to one, fictional character: Daisy Calloway, I see you and I hear every single word you didn’t say.

I want to hug her.
