Murine runs away from home and ends up with 4 brothers escorting her to safety. Fireworks and a difficult to follow plot. Some LOL moments including Murine riding her faithful bull.

This wasn't bad but it wasn't memorable either. Neither Dougall nor Murine were particularly interesting, but they did have chemistry at least. I just wish they had more of a relationship outside of the bedroom. The plot of Murine's family history and a few life threatening events wasn't really exciting either. Eh. 3 stars for it being written well enough despite my complaints.

This was an okay historical romance; not my favorite Lynsay Sands books, but not too bad. The ending was predictable, but I still liked the twists the book took.

This novel started out great! Everything I love in a romance… unfortunately in the end I wasn’t very impressed. And that really had to do with the Hero, Dougall. You see he was really lusting over the heroine, Murine. To the point where it didn’t feel like love.

I’ll give you an example / spoiler alert
