I actually didn't read this book until it was required for school, but it was well worth the read to see the Creature as an intelligent and well-spoken creation as opposed to the shambling villain you normally see. It's heartbreaking, and one that I will eventually read again.

This book is a chain of incidents so random and unlikely to happen in one's life, yet so predictable. Don't get me wrong, I can perfectly believe that a monster was created and soon got a mind of its own, but everything that happens after the wretch's creation just seems desultory.

Really, what is there to say about Frankenstein? A beautiful book, full of life and darkness. It highlights the fact that creatures wouldn't think they were bad if someone didn't tell them they were.
