“You’re his home,” he says slowly, after thinking about it for a minute. “No matter how far he roams, you make sure he knows that you aren’t going anywhere."
Even though I wasn't as wowed by this as I was by Hold Me Under, I am still impressed by Nash's thoughtful prose, compelling storytelling, and complex characters. It took me a while to warm up to Gray and, especially, Jonah. In the beginning he's rude, self-deprecating, and hard to figure out. Gradually, the longer they're together, I grew to like and understand them more and more. I loved the appearances from Victor and Ethan (from book 1), and the introduction to Oliver (from book 3). I'm really excited about reading Oliver and Jackson's book now.
