Was a cute read and a nice change of pace for me. I was on a speed read journey but this one was a nice break from reading super fast. Yes there is a bit of romance but I was interested for the journey of their friendship.
This book was just okay overall. I had some issues keeping the characters straight - some of them felt basically the same. I also felt like the book wrapped up too quickly and was kind of confusing towards the end. And the writing wasn't great...there were some phrases that made me laugh out loud and not in a good way. Light beachy type read that was interesting enough, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it.

This book is all about wings…but probably not how you think. Wings of courage, perhaps. Wings to take chances. Wings to expose one's feelings. Wings to fly, certainly.
Coerced friendship. Earned trust.
The ability to be who you truly are, and be ok with it. To be accepted for who you are. To take chances and be supported.
To love and be loved. To look at life through a different lens. To let go. To grab at life with both hands. To be happy. To be surrounded by friends who love and cherish you.
Oh, and a lot of talk about sex.

This was a fun and engaging book about the power of friendship. These women had troubles but when you have a great group of friends those problems aren’t insurmountable. This is a must read for anyone looking for something light but fulfilling.
